Bored waiting for the Playstation Network to come back online?

I’m tired of waiting for the Playstation Network to get fixed. According to Sony, there was an “external intrusion” into the network, and who knows how long it will take to get the system running smoothly again?

To pass the time, I’ve been doing some things besides playing Call of Duty: Black Ops. And I’ve been having fun! If you need some ideas for busting your boredom, try one of these:

Playing Uncharted 2. It’s an adventure quest game, with shooter game elements, witty dialogue, monsters, intrigue, and even a bit of romance. WIN!

Watching The Guild. It’s a series about a MMORPG and the people who play it, starring the adorably geeky Felicia Day. I haven’t finished the whole series yet, but I love it so far!

Reading A Game of Thrones, by George R. R. Martin. I was inspired by the recent debut of the HBO series, so I decided to start reading the series. I love a great fantasy story!

Watching Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. I got the Blu-Ray disc from Netflix, and my hubby and I popped a bag of Redenbacher’s for movie night. It was a delightfully quirky combination of a dating story and a fighter video game. It made me wish every real-life foe would explode into a shower of coins when defeated!

That’s all for now. If you have some other ideas for passing the time during a game server outage, please share in the comments!! Cheers!

Awww, I don’t know how it works but I hope you can figure out how to go! It would be sad to miss ComicCon because of some stinky ex.

Agreed. The Guild is definitely a good one! 🙂
And they’ve finally started filming the next season 😀
